30-DAY RETURN POLICY
HOME Restoration Direct offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantied return policy. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 3 days) at firstname.lastname@example.org. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind the goods and services that we sell and want our customers to be pleased with their purchase.
To be eligible for a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the item must be returned in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, send the item with all included parts in the original packaging to: P.O. Box 221532, St. Louis, Missouri US 63122. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is being returned because it was damaged during delivery and you notified us within 3 days of delivery, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the item is being returned for any other reason within 30 days of purchase, you will be issued store credit for the purchase a replacement item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have yet to receive an approved refund, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is processed by all parties and officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded unless damaged during shipping.
